Heitman Analytics was established in 1985 by Sharon Heitman to deliver competitive mortgage pricing and volume information to both large-scale institutions and regional/local lenders. Each day, Heitman Analytics analyzes mortgage prices in virtually every business and consumer sector, and delivers compiled reports (often times multiple reports per day) to provide financial professionals with real-time mortgage analysis. Volume data points are aggregated into weekly-updated databases for specific sets of lock and funding volume reports.

About the Founder
For over 30 years, Sharon Heitman provided mortgage data and analytic services to top tier financial institutions in North America. Heitman Analytics serves mortgage lenders by supplying them with the most comprehensive competitive mortgage intelligence reports in the industry. Ms. Heitman has been a guest speaker and industry panelist at several national conferences over the years, including the National Mortgage Bankers Association annual meeting. Sharon graduated from the University of the Pacific where she received a BS in Biology.
