AI was definitely the hot buzz at the MBA conference in Denver. It was so good to see all of the familiar faces and meet new ones face to face for the first time. We appreciate everyone who took the time to meet. Even now we are taking discussion points and topics to enhance our already healthy library of avail bile reports. Underwriting update

It’s May and that means it’s underwriting time again. Heitman will be releasing the preliminary Nonconforming Underwriting report this Friday, so if you have already signed up watch for it to drop into your inbox, if you haven’t, it’s not too late. Send us an email or drop us a line, and we will get you taken care of.
Also a reminder the Heitman is growing it’s product information, and is looking to publish a report on Agency overlays. This is a new offering we are very excited about. Please let us know if you would like more information.

Underwriting Season
|
It must be something in the air as we’ve been receiving many requests for Special Purpose Credit Program information again. These program were a real hot topic last summer and we rolled out a report in October. Things appear to be churning on this front again, and I would expect another refresh request coming through soon, with some enhancements and added data points of course.
It’s also underwriting season again. On top of our standard Nonconforming Guideline report, we have two additional updates coming. The first is a blind survey on Ultra-High Net Worth Lending programs which we last touched upon in 2022. The second is a new one for us we are really excited about, Agency Overlays have been requested, and we are seeking participants. Please reach out if any of these are of interest. As always we are happy to take one-off, ad hoc requests on any of the program, pricing or policy questions that you need additional data on. Thank you for working with us!

Pricing Engine Enhancements:

Check out the new Par Slider feature in the online pricing engine. This new tool will allow you to quickly grab par pricing across a wide range of LTVs, FICOs and Loan Amounts. If you subscribe to Wealth and Relationship pricing, the tool is readily available for that borrower segment as well. Also, don’t forget that in the standard pricing engine you can build your own custom pricing queries, and schedule them for automatic delivery to you, or anyone on your team.
