It is that time of year again where lenders try to start jumping in front of Fannie/Freddie's conforming loan limit announcement. Already Rocket, PrimeLending at United Wholesale have announced their expansion of loan limits surely more are to follow. On the CRA front, Bank of America announced, with much fanfare, an expansion to the Affordable Loan Solution program that targets Black and Hispanic neighborhoods directly. Not to be outdone, Citi announced an expansion to their HomeRun program to increase both its geographic reach reduce the income requirements.
